1. Delivery Timelines

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–3 Working Days.

  • Other Cities & Secondary Towns: 3–5 Working Days.

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–7 Working Days.

Note: During sale periods or public holidays (e.g., Eid, 14th August), delivery may take an additional 2–3 working days.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of Rs. 250 nationwide.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for both parties, please note the following COD rules:

  • Pre-Verification: Our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

  • Inspection Policy: As per standard courier company rules in Pakistan (TCS, Leopards, PostEx, M&P), customers are not allowed to open the parcel before payment.

  • Post-Payment: You are encouraged to pay the rider first and then check your items. If there is an issue, please contact our support team immediately for a return or exchange.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Email. You can track your "Trendy Shoppings" parcel directly on our courier partner’s website.

5. Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt delivery two times. If the customer is unavailable or the contact number is unreachable, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. To avoid this:

  • Ensure your contact number is active.

  • Provide a complete address with nearby landmarks.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please take a photo/video of the unopened parcel and contact us at trendyshoppings.online@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
